8. Account Deletion Policy

If, for any reason, you choose to delete your account from our app, please send a written request to xpicadevelopers@gmail.com from your registered email address. Once your request has been verified, your account will be permanently deleted.

Data Deleted Permanently: We collect only your name and email address throughout the application's lifecycle. Therefore, your name and email address will be permanently deleted. Once this data has been deleted, your account cannot be recovered.

Data Retained: Non-personally identifiable information, such as your system ID, will be retained for record-keeping purposes for 90 days.

After 90 days, the retained data will be archived and stored in backups.

After 180 days, all retained data will be PERMANENTLY DELETED with no possibility of recovery.
